Each variant is one row in the pricing grid below. Label can be multi-line; record count drives the calculated price.

Tiers

Tier names, percentage uplifts and descriptions are global (apply to every variant). Essentials is the base; higher tiers uplift it.

Pricing grid — monthly

All prices ex VAT, GBP. Calculated per the engine; click ✎ to override a cell with a final negotiated price (overridden cells are highlighted; ↺ reverts to calculated). Discount and round-up apply to calculated figures.

Prepay reference (not exported)

6 months = 1 month free (× 5); 12 months = 3 months free (× 9). Based on each tier's monthly (override or calculated) for the selected variant.

Issue licence

Takes the lowest unissued custref (with its pre-generated password), composes prefix+custref+suffix, allocates the lowest unallocated seed, stamps today and marks it LIVE.
